At Kōbō, we will be serving dishes that are even more focused and intimate. Our sushi will be closer to true edomae sushi, using red vinegar from Yokoi Jozo. Both our vegan and non-vegan dishes will reflect the seasons and we wish to tell “stories” to our guests through our dishes.”

Kobo is open Tuesday - Saturday

*Tuesday - Thursday, one seating at 7:00pm 

*Friday and Saturday, two seatings at 6:00pm and 8:00pm

Tuesday is vegan only $130 (tax and gratuity included)
Wednesday-Saturday is non vegan only $160 (tax and gratuity included)

While there are no substitutions offered, on occasion accommodations can be made for certain allergies, please call to inquire before making a reservation. We are unable to accomodate gluten allergies. No gluten free menu is available. 

Please note that we do not accept VERTICAL forms of identification for alcohol service, please bring a passport with you if your I.D. is in the vertical format.
